Hello, fellow Blogreaders!
Today a quick post and a bunch of photos from my last video realization. Our goal was to present a massage service in an original way. The masseur was super talented Jędrzej Wróblewski. Our studio was the basement of the Gaja hostel in Poznań, and the scenography was prepared by Jędrzej alone. The people who were being massaged were Monika and Julek – very positive guys. The video, photos and lighting description below – hope you enjoy it!

New Lookbook – Ewa Bednarska AW 2015 Haiku

Hello, fellow Blogreaders!
It’s Autumn outside, and I’ve finally found some free time to catch up. Ewa Bednarska came back to me for the third time already. This time she was armed with an unusual idea for an outdoor lookbook. The minimalistic collection inspired us when we were choosing the right place. Our choice was Lecture Center of Ponań University of Technology that has been opened a few years ago. It took a while to get a permission to shoot there but it was definitely worth it. Cold, concrete and modern interiors did the job!

A few words about the collection from the designer herself:
“In my current collection you can find referenced to Japanese art. I was intriqued by Matsuo Basho work. His short poems inspired me to create graphics which I discreetly put onto the dresses. The collection has been called HAIKU”.

Elizabeth Collection Lookbook Spring/Summer 2015

Today’s post is about one of my biggest commercial jobs. My Muse and I have made a complete brand refresh for Elizabeth Collection, which included: lookbook session, new website, refreshed logo, catalogue and leaflet.

At the end of this post there is a description of the lighting, which is interesting because I’ve never used this kind of lighting before. When I was configuring it, I wanted to create a Summer mood, and I built it for making another lookbook, this time for clothing company Elizabeth Collection – Spring/Summer 2015 collection. The whole thing contained 36 models of dresses, so I decided to show you only my favourite ones.

Hello fellow Blogreaders!
Recently I’ve realized an unusual business session project. Together with friendly and energetic Kasia Peleszuk we took photos that completed her website résumé (go check it out because it’s fantastic!). Our session took place on Aeroklub Wielkopolski’s airport, and our host was Wojciech Krupa, the leader of acrobatics group Żelazny. In the background, behind Kasia, there was Wojtek’s plane – EXTRA-330 LC SP-AUP. During this whole time Kasia’s friend Daria was providing us both spiritual (with positive energy), and real (by making sure that the light stand won’t tip over again) support.

The first challenge was a photo for the website header, Kasia standing in front of a plane.

Within making up the blog stagnation, I present to you another session that I gladly realized for Magdalena Dziatkowiak-Stefaniak’s portfolio – it wasn’t our first cooperation. The main theme were beauty portraits that we made with the help of two models. Each of them had a completely different beauty types: Roksana Ostrowicka and Katarzyna Aleksandrzak.

Hello fellow Blogreaders!
One of my resolutions for this year is reviving the Versus project – and the effect is second session this year (the previous one was with Youssef Nassar) for which I meet another photographer, and we try to take a series of photos of one another in the same place and at the same time. This time I was shooting Paulina Maciejewska (make sure to check out her work!), young, nice and talented, and it turned out that these are not the only reasons to hate her :). She is a photographic sure-fire hit as well, and doesn’t need to be instructed much to achieve great effects – what sadly can’t be said about me… so I have no other option than to hate her, and I’m good at it 🙂
